In a world where drugs and alcohol exist, every person has a relationship with substances. I can help you to examine your relationship with substances and work towards building a healthier one.

By using a combination of evidence-based treatment, 12 Step spirituality (if desired), and my own lived experience, I can help you to find a path that actually works for you.

You can build a life that aligns with your values, desires, and story. My hope is to help you find integrity in your relationship with drugs and alcohol, no matter what that might look like for you.

Common addiction recovery issues that I help with:

  • Ambivalence regarding total abstinence

  • High performing professionals with occasional but consequential binges

  • Attempting to moderate but with no clear plan or actual support system

  • Rebuilding trust with loved ones

  • Additional support needed outside of 12 Step meetings

  • People who have completed residential, PHP, or IOP treatment and want to dive deeper into therapy with someone who gets it

No matter where you may find yourself in the journey of recovery from addiction, I will work with you in a way that thoughtfully fits you and you story.

... Addiction can be viewed as a mirror reflecting back to us aspects of modern culture that we tend to overlook or suppress. Persons with severe addictions are among those contemporary prophets that we ignore to our own demise, for they show us who we truly are.
